Как ни пыталась, так и не поняла, откуда 5*?
Питание как-то не похоже на 5*, даже отдаленно не смахивает на него. Выбор минимальный, половина блюд холодные стоят, треть – переделанное из вчерашнего, залитое новым соусом. Персонал охотно берет чаевые, но неохотно напрягается, чтобы их отработать. В итоге, на третий день уже и давать перестали, раз это все равно не меняет ситуацию к лучшему.

Не верьте хорошим отзывам!
Если честно, это очень плохо. Едем мы на море не за покушать, конечно, но и одним морем и территорией сыт не будешь. Непозволительно в отеле 5* разливать гостям напитки в пластиковые одноразовые стаканчики, которые уже кто-то использовал! Я даже в 3* такого не видела. Непозволительно так экономить на питании. Ну серьезно, 2 вида мяса и 1 рыба? Яблоки и финики из фруктов? Мы же не 15 тысяч отдали за поездку, в ТРИ раза больше!

Хороший отдых в достойном отеле
Были в Ренессансе еще до карантина, когда не было ни анимации, ни такого количества «наших», тогда основной контингент составляли скандинавы. Когда узнали, что отель сделал свежий ремонт в этом году, без раздумий выбрали его снова. Номера теперь действительно отличные – светлые, красивые, пахнут новизной. Да и в целом отель похорошел. Очень рады повторному визиту.
